Haven't bought one yet but, totally awesome designs on some of the new offerings. That Chrono from last night was a killer looking watch. But much to big for my puny wrist. Are you thinking' on it?

I actually ordered it and then appiled that 20% discount to it but I read on another forum that it is another Invicta in-house brand similar to S Coifman.

I am curious if Invicta actually bought an "active" manufacturer or if they simply bought the rights to the name of a defunct manufacturer and use the name (that they now own) as a marketing device to sell watches that are manufactured in the same manner as Invictas are. I know when Benrus,Elgin and Waltham all went down the rights to their names were bought and they live today as inexpensive Asian made dept. store and supermarket watches. Prior to Invicta using the name I had never heard of a Potger Petri watch. (or S. coifman for that matter)

@ Foghorn.....that is why I cancelled my order. I have a bit of a problem with a brand that no one can find on google except at shop tv.

Don't quote me on it but I heard that they have their own factory/movement house. Invicta does own them but they have their own assembly line and production house. Don't know if it's fact or hear say though.

If there is it's an extremely well guarded secret.

I think the Invicta Watch Group is one big happy family. It's a melting pot.*

Okay, so I couldn't resist a cheese reference. Shoot me.
