B&V, has anyone confirmed if the quasi-resedigned 18K sub been given solid center links? I know it got the inscription on the inner bezel ring, clear sticker on the back & new warranty cards, but the bracelet clasp is still the old stamped metal. So I wonder if it's got solid or hollow center links. If they're still hollow (and if they didn't redo the clasp I bet they are) it may be beyond '09 that we see the solid center SS's.. Just a thought.. I'm not sure. I don't remember anyone commenting on it either. I'm not currently in the market for gold so I honestly haven't looked. I've been content with my new SS GMT.. If I pop into my AD I'll see if they have a newer gold Sub in stock and check it out. From what I recall the 18K does have solid links, could be wrong though. I know for a fact that the TT does not, and if it did have the solid links and the inner bezel writing, I may be purchasing one of those.

Something I asked earlier on, has once again caused me a little confusion. So I guess the newest SS subs now have the ROLEX-ROLEX-ROLEX inner bezel, is this still the "Z" models or is this a newer model? Also, can anyone confirm if this has the solid links or not?

DZJ: It seems that some of this year's models have the inscription in them and some do not. I know of no Z models to have this, so I assume newer; but, the experts can confirm.

It appears as if at least the 16610 with the M serial numbers has the inner bezel text.
Any news as to if it has solid links?
