Ok I have a photo service selected.(Image Shack)You start a message and in the Add Tags section you select the picture, forth icon on bottom and in the wording replace URL with the HTML code. This is where I am coming undone. Where do you find this code? There are about 4 variations of a code which links to the photo that has been uploaded. Each has symbols starting like < htp ? These codes vary in size but all mean nothing to me. Once you have the code how do you transfer it back to the thread on this site or do you manually type it in? [glow=red,2,300]HELP PLEASE[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]HELP PLEASE[/glow] Normally, you can just copy and paste the code generated from the image host into your composed post. The code generated is probably more complex than what you actually need, meaning that it has extra stuff there that you don't need to copy over. Here's the format for what you should copy over and place between the image tags: www.imagehost.com/image.xxxThe easiest way for us to do this is for you to do a test post to try and display an image. If it works, GREAT! If it doesn't, leave the post up, and E-Mail me that it's there. I'll modify the post and correct the HTML to display the image. Then you can go back, modify the post, and have an example to work with of how the code is supposed to look. Make sense? John

Test photo. This is an old Tag 2000 chrono taht I use as a beater. The close up photos certainly show small scratches that can't be seen normally. I have tried all sorts of ways to post the photos via the Image Shack but had no luck. This one was posted by tinypics

Test photo using image Shack. Looks like you've got it down Aaron! Hurray!!!!! One bit of advice would be to resize those pics down a bit to no more than 800x600 in size. Very good, clear photos by the way! John

I can actually do resizing on the camera but haven't worried to much as I have just borrowed it to see what digital cameras are like. They are so handy. I am going to investigate what software came with the camera and check out a few sites. I also thought some of the hosting mobs had this feature as well. Cheers Aaron

Cheers Aaron True - some hosting sites will let you set the resolution from the site (you can go down, but loose image quality by going up). You're generally better off uploading the desired size, but that is an option. John
