I went to a local dealer this weekend and fell in love with a chrono IWC. I have the picture but can't post it here... However, it is a white dial with gold accents and it is oh so pretty. The base movement is a 7750 but highly modified with a day and date wheel. It's a DSC model in SS. I'm curious of your thoughts on IWC. I have heard good things but want more opinions before I plop down the cash and add a brother to my TT Daytona. If I get it it is going to be this Friday. Thanks!

IWC has quite a following and certainly is a respectable company. I find many of their models to be too austere for my taste, but that's just me. I'm curious - what's the retail on the model you're looking at? I know IWC completely dissasembles, and then modifies the base calibers they use, BUT...a 7750 is still the most ubiquitous chrono caliber out there....the price hopefully reflects that. What's preventing you from posting pictures? Have you gotten a image host? Have you tried Photobucket? John
