To conclude my quest for my COSC certificate, I got a reply from Maria today; Dear Mr Therrien, We thank you for your e-mail and for having purchased an Omega Seamaster watch. We are pleased to inform you that the "COSC" (Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres) certificate for your Omega watch serial no 81'407'882 will be sent to your address today. We wish you to wear your OMEGA watch with pleasure for many years to come. With kind regards, Maria Mastrodonato INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER CARE Ω OMEGA SA RUE STAEMPFLI 96 2500 BIENNE 4 SWITZERLAND She never mentionned anything about the 50$ charge like I was initially told by Omega Canada. So for those looking to get your COSC certificate, don't deal with your local centre, they seems to all have the same guidelines to charge for the service. Bienne doesn't charge for it. I had a response the same day when I emailed Maria directly. She did confirmed that email sent to the aftersales@omega are going to her. So there you go, if you want your COSC certificate it is still easily possible. Have a good evening

Symtech: Glad they took care of you. If they told me $50, my response would not have been nice as yours. ;D ;D ;D ;D
