Great review and photos John!!
I LOVE that watch, and really want to get one.
I just heard that sizing can be a problem for the band.
On my Rolex Sub, I did not remove any links, but I did move the micro adjustment to the tightest position. I like the idea of not removing links to avoid issues.

I love this watch too and once again , thank you John for alerting me to it when you first bought yours. Mine gets the most wrist time of all my watches as it sparkles and dazzles. It is just so lovely to look at and at low light when the hands and markers light up against that blue dial, even the most ardent detractor cannot fail to be convinced. And then the sound of the clasp being locked into position is instant joy.
I agree that it is somewhat of a fashion watch and has made me think to placing something a touch more workmanlike on my wrist for everyday use. The question is what?
I traded in my black smp for this one so going back to the black is hardly an option since additionally, they are basically similiar as you say. So I've been thinking about the Bond...
Best wishes and thanks again - it's so nice to read about one's own watch

All of the Omega bracelets are on the tricky side to resize thanks the the friction pin w/ collars design they employ. As far as the Rolex bracelet goes, what sort of potential issues are you trying to avoid? John
