Has anyone seen the new Turn-o-graph is person? An authorized dealer here in Atlanta told me that even though its listed by Rolex at 36mm, that he put a claw of death on one and it came out at 38mm plus. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Luke Mayes and it didn't look any bigger/smaller than a normal datejust. Nor did the guy who bought it say anythng about it being bigger. But, to answer your question, I haven't seen it in person yet. John

I saw the new Rolex catalog with all three dials, and I am leaning towards the blue dial as my favorite. The proof will be in the pudding as to the size. Thanks for the response John. By the way, I have been enjoying your articles for a time now. I appreciate your writing and reviewing talents. Good luck with this discussion forum.
Take care

I played with a Turn O Graph about 3 weeks ago and really liked it. Sadly it is just as small as a normal Datejust (picture a Datejust with a Thunderbird bezel but adding red font to the datewheel and a red sweep hand). It is 36mm, and looks/feels like 36mm in every way. I saw the 2 tone (rose gold/SS), and two SS models. They looked great, but still too wimpy of a size for me

While it is true that it is stated as a 36mm watch - many have measured it and found it to be 38mm including myself. I own two of the new TOG models.
The dial is as large as a Submariner but the bezel is narrower and taller. It's all an illusion ultimately. People who say it looks smaller are right in a sense because the bigger case makes the dial appear smaller in comparison. The steeper angle of the bezel does not allow the dial to blend with the width of the bezel like on other professional models - such as the YM, Sub, DCOG etc.
In any case it's a fantastic watch and the black TOG on Jubilee is my daily wearer.
