Hi riku2046, First welcome to WTF! Hope to see you post here often... So as to the popularity of the watch, I don't know enough to give an opinion on that. Balls' aren't as "popular" as the Omegas & Rolex's of the world as few non-WIS people know of the brand. I think that goes for just about all the Ball lines. But, IMO the popularity of a model really is irrelevant if you like it. IMO the Trainmaster is a very nice looking watch. If you like it who cares if it's not popular? In fact, it'll make yours that much more unique as few will have it... As long as it's well built, a good value for the dollar (which I think all Balls are) and you like it, then I say go for it!! Good luck in your decision. Look forward to seeing what you decide! BTW - what other watches do you have in your collection?

Welcome to the forum!!!! Like ScottD, I do not much knowledge on Ball Watch; however, they do have a good reputation, especially with their service. Some others have purchased watches here, so give it a bit, and you will start to see some posts!!!!

Thanks for the comment!
Actually, I have few other Ball watches that I like, and cannot decide on which one yet.
I also like the EMII Diver (Green) and the Diver TMT (Steel)

I purchased a Ball Trainmaster Dual Time after visiting this forum and asking a few questions. I know little about the watches about which you ask, but I am very pleased with my Dual Time-- it has even received several unsolicited compliments. I bought it because I thought it had a classic look, and was unlike other watches on the market. I am very pleased with my purchase. Good luck with your search.

The Trainmaster Voyager GMT Power Reserve is a limited edition of 333 pieces. It's sold out from Switzerland, but some examples may still be found at retailers worldwide.
I'm a big fan of this model - I find it to be one of the most practical combinations of complications that exists. And with the Ball gas tubes, it's even useful at night!
Happy hunting.
Regards, Jeremy Hogan Ball Watch Company
