weird, i nvr did receive anything nor confirmation of having send my warranty card to Ball.. I am from Singapore. Is this only open to residents in other countries? I don even feel like a member of the Ball watch club, esp since i had to search forums and google b4 I even know abt wat new models, etc ball is having....

Mr.Exxondus: Possibly that the registration got lost in transit, or something else occured. The website for Ball is: www.ballwatch.comAnd if you want to register your watch online (English version is here. You can select another language at the above website), you can do so here: www.ballwatch.com/Web_EN/warrantyreg.aspx

Mr. Bullosa:
That is odd. A few things:
1: Did you check your spam, trash, or junk folder? If an autobot sent it, which is more than likely the case, your ISP could have tanked the email.
2: You could try again with a different email address.
3: Call Ball and ask them if they have your registration, and then ask them to manually send an email to validate the spam issue.

hi Timefinder
thanks for the replies.
I think bullosa and me were refering to the fact that we did not receive any newsletter or email saying that we can preorder and even choose the serial number on the watch.
Basically, i sent my warranty card in, but that is fine if theres no replies. I then proceeded to register online and got an email confirmation that my watch is registered and I can use that email as proof for my extented 1 year warrenty.
question is, do we have to do something more to get into the Ball Club so that we get such news? I am one who would have liked to get the diver or rather, even if i do not, would have appreicated to have received some notification of such programs/promotions?
Or is this only applicable to customers in USA and not in Asian countries?
Thanks!

congrates foghorn :)
I checked my gmail spam folder but there was nothing from Ball so its not a matter of mass email gg to the spam mail folder of my gmail account.
No problems, will just wait and see if i receive the next newsletter if there is another :) I wouldnt even know that whats the perks of being in the Ball Club (as depicted in the email when i register for my extented warranty) if I had not been googling for info on ball watches and hence say that they do send newsletters to their members.
hence, the qn is, if there is somethign else more which i have to do to be considered a Member of the club. If not, then its fine too :)
