Too easy, the Seiko. I don't like the light blue dial and brown band on the Orient. That Seiko rocks

I voted Seiko. It looks so much better - I don't know if it is s better watch though. If the dial on Orient is deeper blue or all black then maybe - brown strap and light blue are just not working together. Seiko it is.

If the picture of black model was displayed earlier I would vote Orient for sure. Maybe others will see my error.

Seiko, for a few reasons:
1. I find the rotating "dive" bezel more useful than a tachymeter.
2. The Seiko has screw-down chrono pushers, and the Orient does not.
3. I prefer the location of the date window on the Seiko.

For the same money, I would pick any Seiko with SEL! I very nearly kept the ridiculous spinning compass SKZ211 only because of the super sweet solid end links!!! soooolid ennnd linnnks...

Seiko all the time on this. Don't like the Orient's dial or the leather strap. But I do think the movement is a bit more beautiful. But you don't see the movement enough to justify that as a pick. And I think the Seiko is hands-down winner in the comparative fit, finish - and accuracy

I prefer the Seiko. But then again I could buy about 40 Alphas for that kind of scratch. Can I have the money please? bpajwhite

As a contest winner, I'd pick the Seiko. If it were my $$$, they'd have to drop a zero off the price before I'd consider either.

Well, like many of our pals here, I went Seiko too. Pretty much bullet-proof watches really and I think the light blue of the Orient is just that....too light. Oh Sire, is there a cash equivalent of the prize please? ;D ;D ;D See ya pals ZIN Not usually shaken nor stirred ;D ;D ;D
