I saw another one of these posted the other day. They probably get away with it because they openly say it's a fake.

Hey guys, The only way they get away with it,is if Ebay haven't picked it up.(1000's of new listings hourly,so not likely) The only way they normally are withdrawn is if someone notifies Ebay.Then the item is suspended and the lister is sent a warning saying "Don't relist again fakes etc or we will cancel your account."Something to those words. You can also have right of reply if someone has dobbed you in as selling something fake and your weren't. Big Tip! If you are listing a genuine item state that the item is "100% authentic" or "genuine" or "authenticity is guaranteed".(This will allow the Ebay team to make a decision based on the merits of your item.) Remember Ebay does need your help in identifying fakes etc as there are so many watches and models that it would be hard to be an expert in all. Cheers Aaron
