Just got this (my first Breitling) and I am really impressed. Looking at the internet posts pics and even at the Breitling site, this watch, for some reason does not photograph good, but is quite stunning in person.

Pics look good to me. I do have trouble trying to photo the blue dial of my Steelfish too. I had thought about getting the Colt GMT in a silver face but seeing the blue, now I'm confused.
Congrats on a great watch.

Thanks Karl.
Believe it or not, this is the Black dial. At certain angles (and in photos) it becomes bluish, caused by the anti glare crystal (which really works, by the way).

Hey Jasman, Congratulations! That is a great looking watch. It is funny how you say that about the dial colour as I was looking at one on the net and actually asked the dealer what the dial colour was as I thought it was blue and he stated the dial was black. Here is one of the pictures he had but with the dial looking black. ;D I am glad you mentioned that as I dead set thought he was having a lend of me and had two watches that he was using. Cheers Aaron

Nice watch congratulations .. the on ly thing i dont like about the breitlings is their shiny bracelets.. it makes the watch look too ostenatious for my taste. wish they would have matt bracelets! mamas

Hell, you could even do it yourself with scotch brite. A lot of guys do it mamas. You aren't the only one who doesn't like the shiney finish!

Yeah, I agree, someone said Breitlings have too much "bling", but I figure that what makes them Breitlings, (the shiny bracelets, the busy dials, the thickness, etc.), of course you can also get the titanium models (which I personally do not care for).
I have an Omega SMP that is somewhat understated to balance it out.
