Man that is cool loking chip! I think my next purchase will be photoshop, now with these tutorials i think I might actually be able to learn how to use it Do you think my best bet is snagging one on the bay?

Photoshop Elements is $100 and it does about 30% of what Photoshop does. The nice thing is that it picked up the 30% that you would actually use and leave the most difficult, less used stuff out. U would give up the healing brush tool... which I like a lot... and I think the history brush tool... you have less effects.... What operating system do you use?

I use XP, how much is photoshop?
Which do you think is better overall value for the price?
Any other info used to make a decision would be helpful

full photoshop is about $500 or somewhere in that range.
