I own so many watches that have luminous hands and or markers that the few that I own that do not have any lume look like they are missing something. I prefer lume even on a dress watch.
What about you Just Jack

I have three without, one vintage, one with furnace blued hands, and an Invicta S1 automatic that surprised me when it arrives WITHOUT lume.

I don't like lume on a dress watch. I prefer it on everything else.

For a watch used in all conditions lume is a must for me.

I would prefer lume on all my watches. Also when the lume is applied it should last longer, how about over night.

To me, it does not matter if a dial has lume or not. As long as the dial looks ok, I'm fine.

I think it is better not to have it on a dress watch but on all others I want it. The problem I find most is how sorry the lume is on many brands. When I really want to have one light up all night long say, when I am at a hotel and I want to have it on the night stand beside me I always go to one of my Seiko's. Out of every brand I own they are the only ones that consistently will lume all night long.
