I just saw this from another forum, will check out the magazine tomorow...
In the November 04 issue of magazine, there is a 4 page section on watches, under "The four Watches a Man Should own" are
1. Panerai Luminor Marina 2. Rolex Sea-Dweller 3. Casio G-Shock 4. Patek Philippe Calatrava
Anyone see this?

Oh yeah a PP Calatrava can be picked up quite easily and inexpensively (note the dripping sarcasm). LOL

Johnson, that's a very cool Rolex watch wallet (I assume?). Where did you get it and where can I get one? lol Ah yes....my Rolex stand! I fought long and hard for that. What it is exactly is a Rolex watch display stand - it's a two piece device. The top part is 'C' shaped (flexible, and the watch itself rests on this piece), and fits into a round slot in the bottom part (shown in the picture) which is the base. You'll see these display stands in the cases of Rolex dealers. I always thought they'd make a great prop for pictures, so I've wanted one for a while. I bet I've asked 10 different Rolex dealers in several different states to sell me one.....not one would. I finally ran into a guy (who I think was new in his store) at a store in Columbus who put one in a bag and said "here you go" and let me have it for free. ;D Persistance pays. John

My prediction is that if they ask Rolex the answer will be "no." I did manage to talk an Omega dealer out of an Aqua Terra sign once...it has Ernie Ells in the picture....quite large. I had it framed and it hangs in my gym with some of my other watch pictures and posters. ;D John
