Hello guys, I have always been an omega lover ever since I got my constellation. Recently I acquired DeVille GMT, 4833.40.31 but I don't feel comfortable with strap. I want to upgrade to a steel bracelet but having a hard time locating this animal

Hello there Mr Rummycoke A very warm welcome to WTF and OMEGALand. Good to see you here. May I ask where you are posting from please? Otto Frei usually is a good source but De Ville bracelets may have to be ordered via an AD or indeed an Omega Boutique. Wish you well in your hunt and hope you'll be able to join in the talk and fun that we have here on a daily basis ZIN Not usually shaken nor stirred ;D ;D ;D

Armadillo strap? That is a new one. Admittedly I have not heard of that one before. Anyway, welcome to WTF!!! BTW, sorry to hear about LSU. Triple OT to an unranked must have been tough. Hopefully they will still get a good bowl.

I never saw an armadillo strap. Sounds cool.
I would guess they're hard to manufacture since armadillos are armour-like. They'd have to thin the hide down and soften it somehow I would guess.

now see, you got me to wonderin Mr Macdaddy, I really had no idea but I assumed he was looking for a metal bracelet that was refered to as an "armadillo" because of it's construction and look...... has anyone seen one of these "armadillo" type ? I'm really curious now... If you can make a strap out of armadillo hyde, maybe I should start rounding some of them up... could be cool diver88 ;D ;D ;D
