I've not been around as much as of late, due to some personal reasons, but I've just noticed we are almost 450 posts ahead of the Rolex forum. That is truly amazing, especially when you look at some other forums (TZ etc) where the Rolex forums seem to dominate. Only a fortnight ago we had just crept past them here on WTF.
So a big well done to all our members and the fantastic admin team of Terry, GJ and HoustZin.

For years, the Rolex Forum dominated WTF. I'm at a loss to explain the relative lack of action there - and the key word is relative. But as for the OF's rise, the brand is far more popular, based on seat of the pants observations, with WTFers than Rolex. Of course, Cheeseland is King!

Boscoe: Could be a number of factors; but, --and this is my humble opinion--, price could be a factor. With the current economy not so good in many countries, the higher ticket items are the 1st to be scratched from family budgets. If one can not afford a Rolex, or chooses not to spend the money, Omega is a very reputable brand, solid watch, good value, and has approximately 70% recognition. The Recognition is from Omega, who states their goal is to achieve 100%.
