Two classics there for sure!
I was meaning to ask and keep forgetting Mike - what differences do you notice when wearing your Sub with SELs vs. your GMT with hollow end links? It's probably hard to distinguish the difference in weight due to the GMT being a lighter watch to begin with, but what do you think?

but they are both equally comfortable. Plus the GMTII is a 1987 1/2 model and the sub is a 2004

Any more squeaks and rattles out of the GMT bracelet? Historically, the biggest complaint heard from most owners of the hollow link Oyster bracelets is that they were noisy. I'm surprised to hear the the GMT is an 87....it looks brand new! John

nothing out of the ordinary! I bought the GMTII From Michael Wright from the forum he lives near by. He had the watch in a safe for 10yrs! I got all original papers and box's! The GMTII is my favorite due to the Red colors on the dial and bezel

Mike, I would love to add another GMT Master or GMT2 to my small Rolex collection. The red/black bezel combo on the GMT2 is one of my alltime favorites. I had a nice A series (last of the GMT Masters) and sold it like a fool. Got it new from a TZ collector. Oh well, I've made a few real boo-boos in my time... Sluggy

Mine was on the Bond bracelet and had the hidden clasp which isn't a favorite of mine, so I too sold my black dial Seamaster GMT when I bought my GMT Master II. I sometimes think about getting another on the Speedy though.... Crazy... John
