I sent my TT Sub 16613 to the Rolex Dallas Service center on October 30th. It was oiled, the band buffed, and a new bezel put on. They called 2 times during the process to keep me informed as to what was going on. Received the watch back on November 26th. Only 28 days total. The bill was $420 for the cleaning and $51 for the bezel, $31 for the case tube. With shipping and everything the total was $537.50. It looks Brand New. Hope this helps anyone looking to send theirs in. Mike

I've had one of mine in Dallas before and I have no complaints. Rolex always does a good job regardless of service center.

A lot of people had said good things about Dallas. Whereas I am from New England, I may bypass the New York Center and go to Dallas. ;D

Whereas I am from New England, I may bypass the New York Center and go to Dallas. ;D hey TF, I've heard nothing but praise for New York either, so I wouldn't hesitate at all to use New York & send it there - especially since they're closer to you.. As I'm about equal from both, I'll have a real dilemma on which to send to... ;D

you remember the intro to the TV show "Get Smart"? thats about what its like getting into the place, through the door, another door, up an elevator, through another door, around a corner, and through another door... they do seem to perform rock solid work, but I would suggest not meeting them in person. diver88

I have watches serviced by all three RSCs and all do great work. Dallas did my 1680 RED (back when they were doing them) and did an excellent job.
