Is there a time of year that is better to buy a 16610 compared to others based on price and availability. Is now a good time to buy?

Dan Hi Dan - firstly, let me extend a warm welcome to WTF and the Rolex Forum.  In general, the answer to your question is, not really. The 16610 is one of the best sellers in the Rolex lineup, and one that is least likely to be discounted at any time during the year. That said, many jewelery stores have special one-a-year events which might help a bit...best to check with your local dealer. |

Hi Dan,
I purchased a 16610 in June of this year, for 10% off, in Florida. The AD told me that was a slow time of the year for him because most of his clients were from out of the state (North Carolina and further north). Later in the year (fall/winter), he said there would be no discounts...Possibly something to think about depending on where you live. I would guess that around Christmas time might not be the best time to buy.

My AD says that due to high demand and the popularity of the 16610 that the best he can do is $5175.
Does that sound right?
Any advice would be appreciated.
