Hi Guys, I am really enjoying my Ball WorldTimer, but I noticed something a few days ago. The tube on my bezel seems to have fizzled out... See this picture: What gives?

Pretty strange. Is it more prone to possible damage from a small shock since it isn't protected by the dial?? This is a case for Jeremy.

Did you turn the switch in the 'on' position. ;D j/k Have to defer to an expert here.............. In the interim, did you contact Ball's CS department? Is the watch under warranty? Just curious what steps you took with the company. BTW, let us know how it turns out, and best of luck with resolution.

Mr. Time2Watch: What was the resolution? Did they take care of you?

Oh yeah. Jeremy has offered to fix right away lickadeesplit, but I am too attached to it right now, to part with it for any period of time. Maybe when the honeymoon has worn off or another new one arrives...

The problem is that I prefer sports/dive watches. I'm waiting for the next big dive watch from Ball. Though, I am really feeling the pull towards the Nigh Train in SS...
