We were packing today for a 5 day trip to Providenciales island and the SO says "what the heck, I was going to wait till your Birthday on Sunday to give you this but I cant wait. I know you will want to change the band so now you can do it before we go". Heh, Ive got HER trained. Its a Volmax Aviator, LE 639/999, hand winder. I mentioned it to her weeks ago. Didnt even think she was paying attention. Sorry no pics but Ill get some when we get back on Thursday or post some Ill take on the trip. Others have posted pics of this watch so maybe they will contribute. Mine has the all SS case. 24-hour dial. Those are great watches. I have the non PVD version and really like it. It takes awhile to get used to the 24 hr. dial but once you do it's a whole new look to the day.

Happy Birthday Max!! Our birthdays seem close together. Mine is September 30th. Its nice when they come around and it gives you an excuse to buy something you've been wanting. Good luck with it.

24 hour dial is great fun especially when someone asks you what time it is and you just show them your watch. ;D
Not difficult to get used to at all.
BTW, I really like the manual wind aspect of it. Id never hesitate to buy a manual wind, kind of think I like it better than automatic if that makes sense. Just wish it either had a quick set date or even better, no date.

I hear you Max; an auto just doesn't give you the feel that only a manual can. You get more of the feel of the mainspring getting tighter and tighter. You feel like you are breathing life back into the watch every morning while you wind it!
