Nice watch! It's cool you have a son who will actually appreciate and wear a wristwatch. Most use phones to tell time. Perfect choice for him. Hopefully, he will start a trend among his peers.

Yeah, I am sure he will love it. He finds watches with see-through caseback interesting as he gets to see the mechanics of it.
My dad infected me while I was a little boy when he got me a Ricoh DateJust homage. He owned a Rolex Datejust and he swore by it. LOL.

Great looking watch, your son will love it.
around 25 years ago my father gave me a Seiko sports 100. That watch was awesome and I still remember the gift after all these years. My dad borrowed the watch from me a few years back and lost it, nevertheless it was one of the best gifts I ever received.
Unfortunately my son does not like to wear watches but I hope that will change when he too gets to be 17 and older.

Mr Muttenstrudel, How about some pictures of that watch on your wrist? ****, I knew that the day would come. I mixed up my black and white Seiko5s. I do not have that particular watch. I confess that I am confused. I have that model with a WHITE dial. Regards, muttenstrudel
