I am curious if anyone has been having the problem that I am with any of their non crown winding Seiko autos. I have a still under warranty "Orange Monster." Lately I have been noticing that even though it gets daily time on my winder, whether I wear it or not that day, it has stopped several times, always during the day date change transition times. I have started giving it double or triple cycles on the winder, changing it's companion between cycles, and will see if this helps. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to solve it?
The main reason I got this watch was, besides the fact I like the looks, was for my movie theater watch. How long do you guys "charge" yours before you go somewhere that you want it visible in dark conditions, and last for the optimum amount of time?
Thanks in advance for any answers to these queries.

My Seiko 5 is still rather new, but it doesn't quit at any point other than run down, seems to have a reserve of about 39 hours or so... Might be worth looking into, especially if it's still under warranty...
