Hi guys. Just a newbie here but was hoping you could help me out. I'm interested in a TT1 diver but they are impossible to find where I live. I'm looking for my first high end watch. I've tried on several Omega and they are beautiful watches but very pricey. So the question is does anyone have a pic with a side by side of a seamaster or speedmaster with a TT1 diver. Not being able to try them in person as many views as possible would be really helpful. Specs would be good too thanks. Also interested in: clasp, solid links ect.. Any views, feelings would also be welcome ;D

thanks for the response. I noticed that the clasp has a pushbutton deployment. Do the bracelets have pushbutton clasps too? I've got some conflicting info off the net. Also is there a tt1 diver that comes with a brushed bracelet or do they all come brushed/polished. I realize that you have a rubber strap and might not know but if you don't maybe someone else will chime in?

I believe the new stainless TT1 bracelets (8 24 01 PEB) come with a single push button deployant. The older TT1's had polished center links, the new ones have the outer links polished. My deployant in Ti also has a divers extension built in for a wet suit, or diving gloves i use to fish. With the extension out. Wrist shot

thanks for the responses guys. Couple questions How does the non pushbutton clasp hold up? I have two watches with this kind of clasp. The older one is really sloppy and the new one is too soon to tell. Also I was wondering how the dials look in person. I've seen both the black and blue faced SMP. I like the black but the blue is too shiny for me. So I was wondering if the oris faces were the same. thanks again for the responses.

The Oris clasp is solid as a rock - no wobble, no slip, no chance it's coming off your wrist accidentally. I'm not as fond of the new dials, but the previous dials, both black and blue, were gorgeous.

thanks for all the responses guys. I've been seriously considering an oris tt1 but buying a watch is such a "feel" thing that I'm hesitant to buy one without seeing it in person. Although with what I've heard and seen online I might end up doing it anyway ;D I guess I'll see what happens when I have the funds in hand

This may be a slap in the face so please don't throw me out of the forum for saying this... ;D Hypothetically if I bought a tt1 diver and didn't like the clasp would a seamaster clasp fit? Can seamaster clasps be purchaced separately? I realize that this is a bastardization of two nice watches but the seamaster has the nicest clasp I have ever seen ;D
