I recently purchased an Oris TT1 Titan 1000m dive watch from one of this site's sponsors. I was under the impression that this model of watch had the 633 25 jewel movement but in fact the watch I received has the 733 26 jewel movement. The case back of my watch states 633-7541.
Does this watch now come with the 733 movement or did someone screw up at the factory and accidentally stick a 733 movement in by mistake? I would be very concerned if there was an inferior movement but since it is a step up I will not complain too much. Any relevant information would be welcome.

Oris is in the process of changing suppliers, trying to get ahead of the incoming ETA drought. The 733 is a Sellita 200W , build basically like an ETA 2824 with an extra jewel . This link FYI....very informative www.sellita.ch/catalogue/mvts_auto.html
