Omega is a good watch, but I like the TT1 better: I have the 44mm black diver on bracelet. Great color, like the size of the indices as compared to Omega. Crown easy to use, and no helium valve, which I feel adds to the looks. Priced much better that an auto Seamaster too. Gets the majority of my wrist time, with my Rolex TOG usually in the drawer.

Hi Decky! To be honest, you can't go wrong with either one. I have 3 SMPs and 1 Oris TT1 diver. You can pick up a new TT1 diver for about $700 or a new SMP for about $1400. If you need help locating a reputalbe dealer, just shoot me a PM. You just have to figure out how much you're willing to spend. The TT1 is an awesome watch for that price. You do get a little more with the SMP, but you have to figure out if it's worth double the price. Here's a couple differences.... SMP is 300m WR vs TT1's 200m SMP is a certified chronometer TT1 has a display back SMP has a more highly modified movement Good luck on your decision!
