Awesome! That makes me want to buy a Breitling.
It looks like you may have a room light on in the background...maybe a standard tungsten bulb. If you do, you might turn it off so that you don't get the overlap/conflict of the two types of light. Tungsten is very red (2800 to 3500 Kelvin) while the natural light is probably coming in at 6,000K.
Turning off the tungsten will avoid the small 'hot spots' on the bezel.
Those photos are gorgeous.
