Got a couple checks for my birthday a couple weeks ago and decided I should use them for some new cheese. Why not? Had read a post from Larry at Tritons that stated if we did not see the watch we wanted on his site to contact him and he would see if he could get it. He did not have what I wanted on his site so after checking the price with free super saver shipping at Amazon I PM'd him with that price and asked if he could get one. He got right back with me and said yes and his price came under the one I quoted and his was with free UPS and not snail mail so I went for it. Did the Pay Pal thing late Monday night and the watch shipped out the next day. It arrived today. Not bad considering UPS takes Thanksgiving Day and the Day off as far as residential service goes. Just so you will know, the watch came new in the box with plastic still on the face, back and bracelet. No returned and re-shipped merchandise horror I have heard others talk about. In the end, I used a sponsor, saved money and got a new watch really fast. It was a great experience Thanks Larry! and thanks for the WTF discount too! ;D

Nice buy, enjoy it Don't have any experience with quartz Invicta's, but have a question. The pro-divers come with a Japanese or Swiss quartz movement. There is a considerable difference in price... Is there also a big difference in quality??? I have been extremely satisfied with the accuracy of the Invicta quartz movements. I have both Japanese and Swiss movements and to date I can not honestly tell you that one is better than the other. And, you are right, you can save money by getting the Japanese movement. I could have saved about 20-30 bucks by not going Swiss with this watch. But for better or worse I did go with the Swiss on this watch mainly because it just looks better on the face of the watch.

I used a sponser when I ordered my coin edge bezel 8928 blue face. Fast delivery, and great price. Haven't had a problem since. Hope to keep this one a long time. Seems to me the sponsers go the extra distance to make you happy. That watch is a fantastic pick-up. Enjoy.

Seems to me the sponsers go the extra distance to make you happy. That watch is a fantastic pick-up. Enjoy. IMHO I think that comes from the fact the small guys just do not have the mass number of people buying from them. When one of the giants looses a single customer it just does not make a difference to them. I mean, so what? The smaller guys don't have that luxury and it shows in CS. In many cases, the smaller guy is personally into the hobby himself and that makes them try harder also. In my last buy the deal was struck over PM's in this site. It is not the fault of the big guys but by nature of the business you are just not going to get one on one service with places like SNBC, Amazon, etc. That is a big deal to me but I can readily see where it may mean nothing to someone else. One thing for sure, when you get a PM that says, yes I have four and I will let you have one for such and such amount you don't have to ask, "Do you really have four or is this a pre-order, or is this going to be back ordered". It is nice to know they have what you want in hand and will be shipping that day or the next. That is very nice.
