Ok, I remember Bos asking specifically about the divers, but in general, what's the difference between the Reserve Collection and standard collections? I understand it to be:
Better bracelet Better bracelet clasp Screw links vs. pins higher depth rating Luminite markers (are these brighter than Super Luminova?) COSC certified
Anything else that's different? Anyone have experiences with the reserve & non-reserves? Thanks!!!!

The reserve diver has inca-bloc mechanism as well and the reserve bracelets in general, have higher quality, there's no rattling at all.

Supposedly, better QC complete with an inspection checklist prior to delivery that accompanies each watch.

The last two Invictas I've received have had checklists enclosed with the packaging that were each filled out and initialed by a QC inspector. FWIW, these were non-Reserve models.

Hi Scott, incabloc is a reliable shock absorber for the movement,it has ruby bearings that are elastically inserted so that the balance staff's pivots can deviate both vertically and latterally in the event of a shock.

I had nothing. I mean I understand one thing but if QC sucks for the lower value I will not recommend them to my friends.

I haven't personally handled any Reserve Invictas or their bracelets, but the new red or green bezeled Reserve Pro Divers appear to have standard, hollow end link bracelets with pins throughout. I could be mistaken, but I'd be surprised.

I have a 4472 pro diver watch which is non certified/ not a reserve, the clasp and bracelet of this watch is better than the 9937 and the 9938. The depth rating is more, and it only gain 3 seconds a day which is within cosc specs, and it also has an inca-bloc shock absorber. It is also heavier and bigger than the 9937 and 9938.

So far I only have 1 Reserve the Speedway. The fit and feel is excellent. The bracelet is very thick and heavy. All this from the low end of the reserve collection. My OG DM which was 2X the price does not have as strong of a bracelet nor does my Pave Diamond COSC Diver.Makes me wonder what I would get if I spent as much on my Reserve Speedway as the others.

One day, I will own a COSC Reserve Pro Diver. To me, it looks like quite an upgrade. IMO, the movement alone is worth the price of admission. Chronometer, thicker, heavier, and more adjustable bracelet, dual deployment clasp, scratch-resistant bezel, thicker sapphire crystal, better fit and finish, and a 500m water resistance puts this watch high on my list of desirables. It's still subject to the law of diminishing returns. The regular Japanese and Swiss Pro Divers are such good deals that no one needs anything better. Take an 8926 into a Rolex dealer and try to justify why one costs $100 and the other $4000 when they look and feel almost identical. To some, the better fit, finish, in-house movement, and brand identity warrant spending the premium. I want the best fit, finish, and movement without paying extra for brand cache. Stay tuned...

I own the Reserve Speedway and I will say this if it is a indicator of the Reserve line then I am tipping my hat and giving them the nod(not that means anything) This watch is IMO under priced and I do own a couple of much higher priced Invicta watches to compare it to. The dial detail is amazing!! The best bracelet I have ever held in my hands (yes I said it!!) the weight of this watch could be compared to a cinder block and would serve as a personal protection device ala brass knuckles. Most people that I have heard from that have the Reserve Speedway like me really have a hard time trying to describe it because Invicta has never IMO done a watch quite like this before. Now I can't (yet) speak about the Automatic line of watches but I will say this...If the Reserve Speedway(quartz version) is a indicator of the quality of the Reserve line then IMO Invicta has made the leap into High End watch making with a huge splash!! JMHO
