It's now been 12 full business days gone by. 4 emails to Ms. Baitz, one to Mr. Lalo... still no response from anyone.

they have 11- 2700 sapphire ghosts but dont want to right my situation. great company..plus no directory.they never let me past customer service.i need to call from a different number. they have my cell no pegged ,lol

so an update from my last post . i call the person who has been working with me. he says my manager approved the swap. i am excited. then they call back and say all of the watches are repaired or refurbished i am like calgon take me away. i tell them if the case isn't scratched i am interested to just get this over with and cut ties with invicta. i also told them i would be interested in any colors besides my silver , ie black, blue, or rose tone. ohhh well i will call tomorrow to see what is next.

so this is my current update from the post above. remember i said i want to find out what condition these watches are that they want to send to me. i get a call today giving me a tracking number for my 2700. these people are insane i swear . i told them to find out the condition of the repaired and /or the date for my watch arrival or any other new models.under normal circumstances i would be super critical why i inspect it but i just want to cut ties with these people. i called jeff and told him the situation and yes he is enjoying reading this forum. he is like is this koi and i am like no its gottahaveonion. i am more likely to put it up on ebay and cut my losses than send it back.
but hey what can u expect from a company with a big fat F from the BBB....ohh well fingers crossed....jeff is at a loss for words and so am i .

As of Friday, 10/26, no reply to my 4 emails to Ms. Baitz and one to Mr. Lalo. 3 full business weeks gone by since the first email.

Randy,
Has the idea that they haven't received your emails entered into your thoughts? I would suggest that tomorrow, MONDAY, to call the 800 number and see if that gets their attention.

i'm done with them ....i might have to put it (2700) on ebay just so i am not reminded of these past 4+ months..i just cant put my money towards a company that treats anyone like this.

well the day of truth is finally here...thank god the watch is perfect...now i can rest easy at night ,lol..but still no one should have to go through what i did. even though there are invictas i would like to buy , but i have no confidence in buying from them. so i will just sit back and watch for now , hehe......i hope none of u have to experience my issues...now time to get some well deserved rest for me ..

I'm relatively new to Invictas. I emailed Rebecca last Friday requesting her assistance and as of today (Wednesday), I haven't heard a thing. I wasn't aware that their CS was so unresponsive/poor... no more Invictas for me and my family.

I am so glad you are not going to purchase any more INVICTAS I just cant take that it makes you all so angry and bitter that it affects and disrupts your life so that you have to post your anger and distane for INVICTA over and over and over and over again....I am Happy that you finally are taking action so youll be content and happy.. And not have these negative experiences I feel so sorry for you...I myself have had wonderous luck as I am on my 20th INVICTA...I wish you could share in this joy..Oh well GOOD LUCK...Sorry I wont be hearing from you all on this forum since you have chosen never to buy another one its only obvious that you all will stop coming onto an INVICTA FORUM because what would be the point I mean I hate alot of things so I stay far away from them....Ok Ill hope and pray you feel better about INVICTA soon? xoxo RS

Catbird, due to the volume of requests/data I think expecting a response in three days is a bit unrealistic for a CS staff this size. But a week should be sufficient.
@tat: Venting feels good. Right? (See above). I think some of the discussion here - while written by frustrated folks - is by way of informing buddies (as well as blowing off some steam). If you were hanging with pals at a saloon, and one of the guys said, "Hey, let's go grab a burger at Sal's!" but you got food poisoning there, would you fail to mention it? And if you said, "Yikes, I wouldn't eat there, they gave me food poisoning," everytime Sal's was mentioned are you bashing the place or just being a good citizen? Warning pals for their own good. But you'd be perfectly entitled to note your own experience: That the food's great and you ate there everyday for a year with no ill effect. This kind of "evidence" on both sides is ancedotal (on both sides) and shouldn't be taken as gospel or scientific. If you view comments about Invicta in that light, you may find them less annoying.

only good thing i got out of this is an extra alligator bracelet with deployment buckle. i imagine it would be very tough to sell it on ebay since it doesn't fit any other watches. it is 26mm but knotched to fit in the case.
