Koi, I was in no way attacking you , seems YOU were trying to attack me with that nasty B...F comment, I was so offended I cried.....but take it as you will....I hardly find praying for you to have good luck... ATTACKING you ...But if you feel that way I will not pray for your good luck with INVICTA sorry ...I just want you to be....Happy.... Good luck anyway?

tat (and koi), I didn't see ATTACK, I saw DISAGREEMENT. Varying opinions drive watch forums. BUT, the expectation is that all parties will be gentlemen (or ladies) in expressing disagreement. I hope that is all I have to say on this thread. Now, back to neutral corners.

Catbird, due to the volume of requests/data I think expecting a response in three days is a bit unrealistic for a CS staff this size. But a week should be sufficient... You are correct. I sincerely don't want to give the impression that I'm being unreasonable and simply piling on, but it's been a week and still nothing. I wouldn't have thought that a generic/canned return email would be too much to expect. I now know that if I purchase another Invicta watch, I'm on my own and not to expect support.

Still no response from Invicta.
Emails sent 10/5, 10/9, 10/11, 10/17, 10/19 (to Rebecca and Eyal Lalo) and 10/29. 6 total emails to Rebecca, one to Lalo.
Monday will be one month. That's great isn't it?

Well. . . there is a simple explanation, Randy. They must NOT have paid their email bill this month and had their service turned off. But seriously, assuming you didn't lace your many emails with profanity. . . . . although I couldn't blame you if you did. . . . there is just no excuse or explanation. How can a company expect to stay in business and treat a customer this way. While I personally have only contacted Invicta CS once, for an inquiry, and received a response within minutes and received a mailing within days, I just don't understand what is going on. From my experience, I DID NOT email them, I called and left a message and my call was promptly returned. I have suggested you try this previously. If you haven't, what do you have to lose?

assuming you didn't lace your many emails with profanity. . . . . The EXACT emails I sent them are on page 1 of this thread. I have only added a request for a reply in my follow-ups to Rebecca. Here are those: Sent 10/29: Please respond. Thank you. ----- Original Message ----- From: Randy S***** To: Service Invicta Sent: Wednesday, October 17, 2007 4:28 PM Subject: 4th Request... please respond Dear Ms. Baitz, I sent this to you on Oct. 5, 9,11, and now again today. That is a period of eight full business days that have passed with no response. The courtesy of a response would be greatly appreciated. I understand you are busy, but some sort of response from someone at Invicta is expected. Thank you! Randy S***** I may call them, but I was really curious as to how they were in dealing with answering questions via email, and after a month, I guess I know what I have experienced, and I'm not alone.

Try getting Rebecca on the phone. She DOES call back. At this point I would just live with the scratched bezel insert and chalk this up as experience. Sometimes it just isn't worth the aggrevation anymore.

If you have ONLY sent emails, maybe they are NOT receiving them cuz of filters? I cannot send email at work many times, or worse case scenario, they have filters and your email is not getting through to them? :-[Hope this is taken care of, but I would just call at this point.
Last 2 times I dealt with them, Rebecca emailed the following day about my half link for the IR Speedie and it was taken care within days. Not trying to brag, guess I've been very fortunate with good service...
Good luck...

@tatoonie315 We do not attack each other on this forum. If you want to do that I suggest you visit the B**F forum. They like to attack each other there. We are civil to each other here. I might also point out that if Invicta or that matter any vendor behaves as above, they are worthy of scorn and the forum membership should know about it. The same is said if they have a positive experience. I have been a member of this forum since Sept. 2005. I haven't posted here that much... Maybe it is because of members like yourself... I've been a member of the OTHER forum since 2006... I've never seen a post bashing this forum... boscoe, you being a member of both forums, I'm very surprised you let this happen here.... Enough said...

@georgethewatchguy,
I am puzzled by your post here, George. I am also a member of BDWF along with two other forums. And on occasion, I have spotted negative comments on that site related to this forum. . . and by an owner of the other forum. I recall one where he simply stated that he did not like this forum. Fine, that is his OPINION! I guess that is why he started his own forum.
Opinion drives watch forums. Without it, they would be deadly dull and no one would participate. I believe boscoe was just expressing an opinion. I don't think he was taking a potshot. Of all the people on watch forums, he could certainly be characterized as a gentleman.
