My 8926 seems to be around ten seconds a day, but as it does not hack that's a rough estimate, but over the course of about a week it gains roughly a minute, or close enough that I reset it.
I don't worry about the second hand, only the minute hand and even that is something of a challenge, but I'm getting the knack of it.
That's not so bad, I think, and it's a pretty new watch and others say that Miyotas get more accurate over time.
All my other functioning watches are quartz and two of those are waveceptors, so they're pretty close to the standard at all times, from .5 to .666 seconds per day.

Went through a few Seiko automatics, all of them ran fast (about 15-20 sec/day), drove me absolutely crazy. Decided to get rid of them and told myself, if I'm going to buy another Seiko it will have to be quartz or Kinetic.
All of my current watches (auto or quartz) run within COSC standards on average, can't complain.

My Seiko 6R15 is amazingly accurate, but it's an upgraded (and new movement).
