thats a very nice looking strap, I like the look of the carbon fiber, but I think I really like the strap you have on the watch in the first pictures better. for my taste anyway.... I have been thinking of getting a strap for my 2254 ( very similar watch look). what brand straps are those, I assume the first is Omega, and the second? diver88

Hey Tom I'm with my amigo Terry Diver on this one. A carbon strap is not water-resistant according to my other amigo Gee Jaay so it seems a little out of place to me but then again if you like it, stay with it my friend. Don't let us ole fogies put off a young fella like you ;D ;D Be well now ZIN Not usually shaken nor stirred ;D ;D ;D

it's a Hirsch. And the first pic is the orignal OMEGA rubber strap that comes with the watch. The Hirsch carbon fiber is 100m water resistance, it is printed underneath the strap. I have tested it in shower, but I never dive. So the strap should be ok to get wet for a while, don't know if it can hold for long time diving.

the carbon fiber looks very nice also. I want to get something like that for my 2254, maybe with a deployment clasp... for non-diving "off season" of course.. I've always had bracelets though, got to try one diver88 ;D
