Have any of you sold your Rolex through an authorized dealer? If so, what was your experience like and did you get a fair price for your watch?

I have not, but I would imagine this would be among the more expensive ways to sell a Rolex because of the cut they would want to take from the sale. If you're looking to sell, try out Sales Corner here on WTF!

The Sales Corner on WTF will definitely be my first choice when I'm ready to sell. I wanted to know what members have been experiencing with ADs when it comes to selling or trading their Rolex. Given that Rolex watches goes up in value, the question I posed is more for those who have enjoyed the watch for more than three years before trading it or selling it to an AD.

Selling to an AD is probably like selling it to pawn shop. They buy low, sell high. Sort of like trading in your car to a used car dealer. Not worth it. Mike
