:-*Help... Does anyone know how I open the case on my Breitling Navitimer 806? ? No matter what the watch ensure you use the correct tool for the job, otherwise the watch will get marked. If your going to do this often I would suggest finding an online watch tool supplier easily found with Google. If it is a once off I would suggest a jeweller/watchmaker be commisioned for the job. Remember if you open the case you should re pressure test it. Aaron

Hi Ally.
An 806 isn't a model number, but instead a reference number for that years Chronolog catalog. So, if it's an older Breitling a standard case back remover with the 3 prongs will do the job. But newing Breitlings uses a special tool. It's like a socket only larger & shallower. Look at the back of the watch, does it have little holes a tool could fit in or does it look more like a socket wrench would fit it? If it's the socket style, without the proper attachment, it'll be almost impossible to open the watch without causing damage. You can get them online, but they are expensive. All done you'll be looking at about 250-300 dollars. Unless you plan to open Breitlings often, I'd have a jeweler open it...
Good luck!
