Hi all, first post from a noob on this forum. Love the pics posted here. It's good to see 2 subjects close to my heart - aviation & Breitlings! Here's a small contribution to start me off. This is a German CH-53G we used in Iraq with the UN. Amazing helos - size & power. We could drive a Jeep Cherokee & a Nissan patrol in, & still fit crew & passengers. I know the CH-46 (Chinook) & Skycrane are bigger/more powerful, but I do love these things! P.s too many fixed wings in here - how about some more helos guys? :-) Cheers. Ps sorry if this image doesn't show - I'm not sure until it's posted. I'll fix it if it doesn't.

Hey Muttley, Welcome to WTF & the Breitling forum! Hope to see you post here often, we do like to have fun & talk our passions. Very nice helo.. You're right, the thread is very fixed wing centric. Seeing more helos would be great! I don't think we have any rotor-heads in here... I'd love to hear more on the CH-53G. Any stats? When you get a chance, be sure to post a into thread in the Breitling forum. That'll insure all they guys see it. And we'd like to hear about what watches, especially Breitings, you have in the stable!

Should have been CH-47 Chinook, although the CH-46 Sea Knight is pretty **** big too! I have 2 Longines dress watches; one quite rare (apparently) Tag Heuer diver's watch (the spirotechnique model) and a couple of Seiko Chronos. Didn't want to post images as I thought they were off topic, but will if do so if interest is there. I have on order a Breitling Superocean with blue face, but with blue calfskin & blue rubber bracelets (don't like the metal bracelet). Have to wait approx 4 weeks for it though :-( Cheers...

Quite a collection.. If you have any pictures, do post them in the General Forum. LOTS of members would love to see them I'm sure, we have many Longines, Seiko & Tag fans there. I'm especially sure they'd love to see the rare Longines.. I'll post a tribute to your new Breilting on the way as a new thread.. Don't want too many watch pics in the Aeronautical thread. I start that & the guys will post everything in here! LOL!! ;D ;D If you got any other helo pics, do be sure to post them on in here!

Hi Muttley, A warm welcome to WTF from me as well. I'm afraid I'm more of a watch guy than an aeronautical guy. To me a rotor is something that winds the main spring of an automatic watch. However, I do know when I see something impressive and your pictures are certainly that. Please keep them coming and I can't wait to see the pictures of your new SuperOcean on the blue straps. Scott is right: it's one of the best blue dials out there. Rick.

Hey Muttley, Great teaser.. Didn't get a chance to see it until now, but I wasn't leaning to the -111.. So I would have missed that one.. Those are some great shots of it! Love the fuel dump / burn shot!
