Notice any difference with the Swiss ETA? I have 4 2824's, 2 SW200's, 2 Japanese auto's, and a couple of Chinese Autos. They all work and keep time so they're equal in that respect. The ETA and SW feel better when winding them and the watches they come in are superior in fit and finish. So for those reasons I'm willing and expect to pay more. If the fit and finish of the watches were equal, I wouldn't care much about how the watch feels when I wind it however. Especially if I save a hundred bucks or more. I must admit though, I do want a watch with the 7750 so I can feel the wobble and say I've got one.
