This was my contact information when I dealt with Rebecca. She was very nice and professional. I sent my minute repeater in because the complications started acting up. It took a very long time to get it back, but they sent me a new watch, complete with a new alligator strap.

With over 35 Invictas in my collection, I have been more than satisfied with Invicta CS.
My SAIII was damaged by rough handling during shipment (the chronograph would not disengage). Rebecca swapped out the watch in less than a week. My original Titanium Russian Diver had the recurrent clasp problem and would not stay closed. It was swapped out by Invicta for a Quinataur at an amazingly discounted price.
A tiny scratch on the bezel of my SAN Reserve Meteorite in gunmetal was noticed almost two months after I got the watch by a sharp-eyed young friend; Rebecca swapped out the watch for a brand new unit, no questions asked.
Just check out Jim's Post for Rebecca's contact info and BE NICE. She is a New York girl that knows how to take care of a friendly and dedicated customer.
May be just my experiences, but I have heard the same reports from others.

any one know what is the number for the invica diver with the crown set at 4 o'clock instead of 3:00 i saw one with a carbon fiber dial

BOSCOE!!!! I was watching Youtube today, and after a query of "Invicta" I found a video of some guy complaining about his Invicta--yadayadayada. Anyways in the comments below, I found someone typed this comment:

I know the holidays are almost upon us, and sometimes it is nice to do something unexpected for someone to say thanks. I had a thought of the board taking up a collection and buying the service center lunch, perhaps there is a local pizza place down there that delivers.
