Lets hear no more suggestions that the 14060M is a lesser sub than the 16610 simply because its not COSC certified . I have had my "K" series 14060M sub for 31 days now. I set it on the 31st of October and today the 1st of December it is less than 3 seconds fast. By my calculations that is less than 0.096 seconds per day!! Even my beautiful 16233 Datejust cant match that degree of accuracy. What a fantastic watch. I cant stop looking at it. So happy. Thank you Nicholas Hacko Knoffie

I had a 14060M which i sold to my brother-in-law about a year ago, and i recently bought the 'new' COSC version. The non COSC seems to run a little fast, usually up to 3-4 seconds a day, my COSC version runs at about half of that. Obviously the non COSC is older, so you could argue that it will be less accurate, and you could of course have it regulated. It will be interesting to observe how the COSC behaves over a longer time period. COSC or not, Rolex watches are more than accurate enough for me!

I've read many reports of fantastic accuracy from the 14060M. It uses the same movement as the EXP which is COSC certified. To my mind COSC is as much about marketing as anything else. Any good watch can be adjusted to well within specs. What I love about the modern fast beat movements is their consistency. That for me is what accuracy is all about.

yes Aaron I should have bought a quartz watch! Must send it back to be regulated. Darn Rolexes...should be more accurate than that! Knoffie
