Hi guys After many months of deciding which Rolex to go for (as this was my first Rolex purchase) I finally decided on the Sea Dweller! Most of you will know me from my posts in the Omega forum as I'm a dire-hard Omega fan with 4 watches to my collection in the last 12 months, but the realisation of owning a Rolex as my next big purchase became too much to resist and I finally gave in to temptation. The Sea Dweller has been ordered from Goldsmiths UK and will take 3-4 months to come in. Needless to say guys I can't wait and the pictures will follow once that happens! Thanks J

You bet.. Not sure I'll get much sleep tonight with the anticipation ;D I've currently got a Tag 2000 which I've had for around 10 yrs and in that time I've worn it every day and to be honest, it has been miss treated on a daily basis I will be wearing the SD every day from tomorrow (or at least that is the intention) but will have to remember to give it a quick clean at the end of each day and not just throw it in the side ready for the next day ;D

Which Goldsmiths branch are you using JPS? I got mine from Newcastle where i live in September, they have another in the window right now! Congrats also, i love my SD although it is winging it's way back to Switzerland right now to be regulated since it was running a little fast. See if the staff in your AD can show you how to deploy the bracelet extension, and if you want to steal the march on them, check out the tutorial on how to do so on John B Holbrooks' excellent website: www.rolexreferencepage.comCongrats again, wear it well. :-)

Hi adamb, Given that the return date my AD gave me is January '08 it better be Switzerland! Seriously though, i don't mind where it goes, and it's back when it's back. :-)

Congrats I love my SD If anyones interested I know of at least one Midlands AD with an SD in stock and He'll probably do a deal too! Only time I'd swap my SD is for either a re vamped SD or Sub with the maxi dial and ceramic bezel (the red retro font on the Sub would be sweet too!) Enjoy!!! Don't underestimate the hardiness of the SD though! It will take your abuse and laugh at it whilsts bonking your missus and stealing your beer ;D New style DJ next for me I think. A stable mate for the SD to knock about and intimidate
