Besides the second hand, what is the difference between the two white-dial watches?

marcw, one is white MOP and the one with the red second hand is white snowflake (metallic flake).

I recently got two Submariners, a green bezel and black bezel version. I dropped one and it died. My watchmaker said it would cost £40 to take a look and repair. For that much I could just by two more! I've swapped the bezel inserts around and am very happy with my new beater. Accuracy is running at about 45-60 secs fast a day, but then I don't mind as it doesn't claim to be uber accurate. Plus I would rather be early than late, so I'm not bothered at all.
Enjoy those Alpha's and wear them in good health!

Mr Fergie, sorry to hear that nothing could be done for your late sub mine was running quite fast and my cheap watchmaker regulated it whilst replacing a stem seal and it does +8 to +10 seconds per day...some times better, sometimes a little worse... well you have a parts watch with an extra bracelet at least, diver88 ;D

I really dig these, Auto. The Yachttys are both very good looking watches, and the GMT really holds its own against the Steinhart. Congratulations on the new collection! After seeing these I think I'm going to crumble and get one or two...

It's been a couple of months since you've had these 3. How well have they held up?
I wonder, since there's one with a green bezel that's caught my eye.
;D
