While I'm at it...
I love the bang for the buck that Invicta provides, and have an 'inconsistent' answer question...
A lot of posts I've read have said that the blue dial is more purple then blue. Any thoughts?
Thanks again for the forum....

I've read that (purple) description also. IMHO, the Invicta blue dials are a vivid/stunning blue color, but not close to purple.

Welcome tstew, :)this forum community is awesome,it's informative, fun and all of that happy stuff. The blue dial on Invictas is really cool,it's indentical to the Rolex blue dial,it does in fact change from blue to purple, depending on the light source.I've found that natural light brings out the blue and indoor light, especially fluorescent light makes it the perdy purple.

I love the blue dial. It's stunning in sunlight.

I was showing off my latest in a recent thread. I can see why some think purple because of how it comes out in pics, but I think it is a beautiful blue.

I don't know about other models, but my 9094 looks like a pretty, vivid blue to me...

Mr Carbird, looks BLUE to me. But when you add gold to that blue, I think it fools the camera sometime that is a beautiful picture of that very blue dial diver88 ;D

...when you add gold to that blue, I think it fools the camera sometime... Yes, that's quite plausible.

This new diver I just got does have purple in it. My older Invicta blue dials do not.

Mr Auto, does the dial look purple in person, or does it show more in pictures? diver88 ;D

You notice it in person under low or soft lighting, but the blue does pop in sunlight.
