Same watch. Big price difference. Plain is $179, fancy with 1.25 carats of diamonds is $499. Steal or deal? You be the judge.

Unless it is to be worn as strictly a jewelry piece I don't care for diamonds on watches. And I don't wear jewelry.

Could be the deal of a lifetime with good quality diamonds. However my experience with Invicta diamonds(have only two) is that they are single cut, poorly matched for color, very small in size(one point or less), many inclusions and probably worth less than $.50 each. Good quality diamonds would really make the watch jump out at you and my Invictas dont.

With that many diamonds making up the 1.25 ct. total weight, it's a rip-off, especially considering the quality and cut. Itgary is probably overestimating the cost, but an excellent assessment. EL speak is like the Bizarro way of talking. "Goodbye, me hate you" translates roughly to hello friend.

I think that model may be a little too casual for diamonds. Diamonds should only be used on dress watches.

Welcome back, eddie. Come off it, we know you have a diamond-studded shift knob in that Vette!

Not really my cup of tea either. The leather strap looks fine on the no bling version but I agree as already posted it looks cheap on the diamond version. I think putting on a SS bracelet would help a great deal and with what they are charging for the addition of diamond dust they could at least do that! At worst I will give it one star for not being 50mm

I used to own the 2944 which has the stainless steel bracelet which is highly polished. It is a very sharp watch and I had lots of compliments on it but like Time bender I am more into the bigger diameters. Its 42mm and I found the date around the chapter ring to be too small; with my aging eyes it was tough to see the date along with the month and day indicators. This model does come with diamonds and I think it would look very sharp if the diamonds were half decent quality. The stainless steel bracelet does dress it up quite a bit and I agree, the leather strap does look cheap.

@timbender Thanks, I'm getting pretty good at taking pics now with your assistance. As mentioned before its got to be a good size for me to get excited. 46 to 47mm is perfect. My 3824 at 43mm is acceptable because I wanted this watch as a collectable and will be worn for dress purposes. My monster watches don't seem to fit in with a suit and tie. By the way I'm not sure if you saw the pics I took of the 3824 so I will post them here for your viewing enjoyment...lol I just want to show off how good they came out. The only draw back is when I cleaned the watch with my Invicta cleaning cloth it left a bunch of lint on the watch.
